The D-Link 18X Power Over Ethernet Network Camera (DCS-3415) is designed for high-end surveillance. A SONY VGA 18x Optical zoom progressive scan CCD module can capture vivid images of moving objects that traditional interlaced scanning techniques cannot achieve and effectively reduces motion blur and distorted, jagged edges of recorded images. Equipped with PoE support, the DCS-3415 can receive both power and data over a single Ethernet cable, allowing you to place this camera in locations without a power supply. The DCS-3415 has the ability to be connected to a variety of external devices such as IR-sensors, switches and alarm relays.
